What’s the job, really?
We’re looking for a people-focused Associate Director of Recruiting who is both visionary and a deft executor, ready to greet a large-scale hiring operation with eagerness. Essential responsibilities include managing multiple channels of recruiting, from university recruiting to paid channels and for seasonal and year-round staff roles as we continue to grow in existing and new geographies each year.
